Zac Posen to Design for Target

Another reason to love the Holiday Season ...

Zac Posen to Design for Target, Fashionistas Everywhere Freak

Something's gotten into Zac Posen... and we like it! Hot on the heels of announcing his new lower-priced Z Spoke line, exclusive to Saks Fifth Avenue, comes the news we've all been waiting for: the celeb-worshipped designer will be collaborating with Target for its Go International initiative, WWD reports. Posen -- who true fashionistas may remember did a line of red carpet-ready frocks last year for Target Australia -- will be the latest in a line of big-name designers, including Erin Fetherston, Tracy Feith and Rodarte (whose collection debuts next month) to team up with the mass retailer. Posen's collection will be available in Target stores and online from April 25 to May 30, and is expected to have a price point that falls between $14.99 and $149.99. As we reported earlier this month, the Z Spoke line for Saks will run from $78 for a T-shirt to $675 for a knit dress, which means cash-strapped shoppers have a better chance than ever to score Posen.Let the countdown begin! And don't forget affordable accessories -- Eugenia Kim and Cynthia Vincent are two other new Target designers.
